Consider this - "gravity generators" placed in such a way as to cause the ring to rotate at the velocity necessary to have the centrifugal force acting on everything within the inside area contained on the ring to feel an acceleration of 1g, or 9.8 meters per second. Controlling the ring's spin is necessary to ensure that the ring rotates at precisely the right velocity, as well as maintain position relative to Threshold and Basis as they all rotate around Soell. Don't get me started on Einstein's spacetime garbage. He was a brilliant man, but not every idea of his was correct. If you want a taste of what the popular modern science doesn't want you to know, do a google search on the following : Plasma Cosmology Eric J Lerner Halton Arp Hannes Alfven Peratt (forgot his first name) For some specific references, I highly recommend getting Lerner's book from Amazon.com, called The Big Bang Never Happened (published in 92).
