No. What we saw in Halo 4 wasn't a Forerunner sandbox. It was a Human sandbox with bells and flashing lights. : There's film grain in Mass Effect? What, like all the time? Well I guess : that's another reason for me to never play it. Only the first one, and even then, it's optional.
