Why were Halsey's logs on board the FUD? Why was the portal network a mystery in SpOps, the Chief knew 'all' about them. Was he debriefed? Are we to believe that ONI covered it up? ;-) I've pretty much forgotten any other questions that may have occurred to me since November.
