Previous released : content is not enough. I found most of the terminals on my first play-through and I took a break once or twice to watch them, but I pretty much agree, but then like I said, the Didact of the game proper isn't even consistent with the Didact in most of the terminals. : I was going to say that they realized that the attempt was doomed to fail so : they pulled it. But I suspect that there never was such a thing. That's coming pretty close to saying Frankie was lying.... : Which is why having seen all the previous supplementary material is not : enough. yeah : Why was the portal network a mystery in SpOps, the Chief knew 'all' about : them. Was he debriefed? Are we to believe that ONI covered it up? ;-) Well, I think Cortana knew all about them; it's unclear how much of her data was still in the Chief's systems and how much was recovered, if any. Most or all of the portals seen in Spops so far have appeared in places they didn't in campaign and haven't had the pair of floating... whatever they are that most of the ones in campaign had.
