In Response To: Why arena ranking promotes selfish play (Cody Miller) Arena, a set of playlists/hoppers that give players individual ratings based on how well they do (and thereby bragging rights), promotes some selfish playing? You don't say. For the record, I always try to prioritize threats to myself and take them out in order (or balance them with threats to the objective in objective games and decide from there) unless I've set my mind on a particular weapon or vehicle that I think having will help me or the team, or unless I think I can't handle the current threats in which case I hide/armor lock/drop shield until I die, am flushed out, or feel I have something I can deal with (or must deal with in the case of objective games). |
