: American (and English?) trillion = 1 000 000 000 000 : The rest of the world trillion = 1 000 000 000 000 000 000 I just calculated - correct me if I'm wrong - that there's just 52 595 730 000 minutes in 100 000 years (counting the leap days). Even with the "American" trillions the frequency of these simulations would be ridiculous in that time span. The Forerunners must have began the simulations way before the rings were first fired. Of course, we don't know (or do we?) how long the Guilty Spark's years are, so my calculations might be completely useless :)
