Well, : stuck enough to get him to search the forum archives for : "trillion" to find it again anyway. The biggest problem with that analysis is the roughness of the firing frequency. As Frogblast discovered early on, the beams fire every 16 seconds or so. That adds a full 25% more firings in a given time period, making the math no longer work out so nicely.
