According to the M2 Manual the tedium of blockade duty had destroyed morale and discipline in Battle Group Three. It was also no longer a full Battle Group. It had been splintered by politics and what was left was orbiting Lh'wown. Durandal spent days covertly monitoring the Pfhor ships presumably drawing up an attack strategy. When he struck it was also with an enhanced version of their Scoutship. Not hard to see how he could decimate them in two minutes. Durandal claims to have obliterated half of Battle Group Seven before crash landing on Y'loa. It was a full Battle Group representing over ten percent of active Pfhor naval strength. So it wasn't as easy a win for Tfear as you make out. Some might call it a Pyrrhic victory. Cheers
