Fix FF's problem with not registering vehicle kill

In Response To: If you were in charge of creating a Reach Patch... (UnrealCh13f) I love taking out the Banshees on Holdout, but from what I've found, they don't count for the Grounded commendation or any Flat Tire challenges unless you use certain weapons. Rocket Launcher, Plasma Launcher, and Spartan Laser are confirmed to count -- Sniper Rifle, Focus Rifle, and just about everything else doesn't! Criminal! ಠ_ಠ
