Bloom is fine.

I would add the ability to customize the HUD color, and to fully customize controls.
I would fix the issue with text in the cutscenes outside the title safe regions in SD.
I would remove 'return to the battlefield' zones and messages in campaign.
I would update Bungie.net to have the game time accurately and precisely display completion times as in Halo 3 and ODST.
I would enable split screen viewing of films locally.
I would alter the game script to eliminate canon inconsistencies.
I would add jetpacks to a few more levels.
I would rework the Anti Aliasing to eliminate shimmer, and drop the render resolution in order to accomplish this goal.
If possible, have the option to drop the render resolution or details further to hit 60fps.
