In Response To: Re: Some Clarification (DS) : For me, the live voting idea would eliminate a lot of problems in BTB Slayer, : since there seem to be several gametypes universally disliked. It still : wouldn't eliminate quitting altogether, but it would vastly improve my : experience. This is the part that I have trouble with - the idea that there's something that's universally ANYTHING. I, for one, like Team Brutes. The last 3 or 4 games of it I've played in BTB Slayer have had a couple of quits - but the majority of the players have stayed through the end, and for the most part seemed to be enjoying the game. This is the same pattern for ALL games recently; a FEW people quit - usually for their own reasons - and the rest play it out. I just checked my games list - in the past 2 weeks, I've only had 2 games that had enough quitters for the stats system to say 'we can't tell you any stats about this game'. If all your friends hate a certain gametype, it's easy to start believing that EVERYONE hates that gametype. But you have to remember - more than a quarter million people a day play Halo 2 online, and as a group, they agree on NOTHING.
