I suppose if the network kicked : you for unacceptable lag the hold shouldn't apply, though I wonder if : this'd just lead to more quit-by-standby.) If Bungie had let us advertise custom games, or even create ranked custom games (like Myth), this would totally be a non issue since those in the game would always want to be there. Nobody early quit when I played Myth online.
