Nobody early quit when I played Myth : online. Of course, that just leads to "raid bc plz" and, in FPSes, 90% of servers playing exactly the same game. Remember when the Halo PC server list was pretty much entirely Blood Gulch CTF? Or Facing Worlds in UT99? A rejoin delay does seem like the best answer. They just declared they don't want to play the game any more- fine, let the XBL server help them stick to this. And you shouldn't lose five ranks just because your kid tripped over the cable modem's power cord.
