In Response To: Re: Halo: Combat Evolved and Bloom (Gravemind) I haven't looked at the Halo 1 code, but my guess is that this is correct: : (like if IMO, This is a bug because whether or not your trigger is down between shots shouldn't have an effect on the weapon behavior. Maybe they wanted this design, I'm not sure. In any case all later Halo games do NOT behave this way. It IS true that the Halo 3 carbine could be fired faster than spread could reset, and thus has RoF-dependent spread. I'm not sure about the Halo 2 carbine.
