In Response To: Please quit calling Bullet Spread "Bloom" (The BS Police) : It's really confusing and technicly they are both completly diffirent from : one another. As far as I'm cocnerned Bungie amde the huge mistake in : connecting the bullet spread to the bloom effect. That's like saying automobile manufacturers made a huge mistake in connecting the speed of the car to the accelerometer. All the reticle bloom is doing is showing you what the shot spread is going to be... it's not making the shots spread. -- Steve'd rather know that than not.
