Actually, you're right. It's not ROF-dependent regardless of whether it's fired full-auto or semi-auto, but rather a flat value. When testing it just now, it appears that when firing in full-auto, the first shot is subject to the 0.2° spread figure, while each subsequent shot is subject to the 2° figure. I included tests with 3-round and 4-round bursts at 20 meters, and while the first shot hit within the reticle every time, the second, third, and (for the 4-round burst tests) fourth shots would often hit well off-center, sometimes even nearly the 2 degree maximum. So, spread on the M6D is fully dependent on whether or not you keep holding down the trigger after the first round, not whether you pace your shots.
