In Response To: Please quit calling Bullet Spread "Bloom" (The BS Police) : It's really confusing and technicly they are both completly diffirent from : one another. As far as I'm cocnerned Bungie amde the huge mistake in : connecting the bullet spread to the bloom effect. "Spread" isn't a nice term either, since it refers to spread in general, not just the effect whereby spread increases upon various firing methods; if you trigger-tap a Halo 1 AR and a Halo 2 SMG, the results are totally different due to this default spread, even though they bloom in similar ways. Would you prefer I use "the effect whereby spread increases upon various firing methods"? //============ I'm probably going to keep using "bloom" for this as long as the majority of people involved in the debate are doing so.
