I don't want to butt in Cody, it's your discussion, but I have to say something here in your defense. I don't think you're being negative so much as again expressing your views on gaming and what makes them good. Correct me if I'm wrong, but complexity is something you crave. Halo Wars, as far as an RTS goes, doesn't compare to Star Craft or Homeworld because of its simplicity. Impervium, HW isn't something Cody is EVER going to like because what he desires from his games seems to be very different from you. Not that what you like is bad of course, but listen to him. There's something to be said for lots of bad games being simple. (I've tried very hard to understand and listen to Bungie's most critical fans, and for me it has enriched my understanding of what makes good games. Hopefully my post will bring a little bit of consensus... but if it's not helping, ignore it. ;) ) Bringing it back to Bungie's new title, it might just not be what Cody is looking for and as a fan of Bungie he's understandably upset. I can't blame him for that, especially when I consider the PIS in Reach. History always hints where the future will lead, and with that system in Bungie's history, my excitement is muted for now.
