Nobody needs to call you anything; they'd just be wise to recognize the fact that your personal habits don't constitute definitive and final advice on what games to develop. After all, if Blizzard had asked you beforehand, they'd have decided that World of Warcraft was a bad idea, since you don't want to pay fees for anything.

Ah, the flavor of the month. I find it amusing that Activision's admittedly obnoxious CEO is somehow able to generate nearly as much ill will for a mere publishing deal as Microsoft was able to with purchasing Bungie outright. Publishers only influence developers when they hold the purse-strings-- when the developer cannot pay its own way to complete a game, and is dependent on advances (Think DNF's final years.) I really doubt that is the case here. Activision is getting a cut to put boxes on the shelves and do marketing and promotion now that Bungie is independent of MS again. I seriously, seriously doubt that there's going to be undue influence on how Bungie develops that game, or what business model they use. If they do a subscription system, it'll be because that's what Bungie wants to do.

360 and PS3 possibly. With the PC is not really practical unless there are asymmetric game modes, like mixed action and RTS elements-- either that, or you have to insist on PC players using a gamepad. I'd say the failure of Live for Windows demonstrates this.
