Which main idea do you subcribe to? Same with whether or not you give the players the strongest gun at the start (Halo 1) or force them to adapt if their favourite weap[on is gone (Halo 2). Niether is better than the other, it's just which one you prefer. Which, unfortunetaly, create too many unneccesary fights.
