It takes two hits to take someone down : with the FRG. The projectiles are not instant hit... It has a smaller : blast radius... And it has the same melee damage as the M19 SSM. Pretty : balanced. I'm pretty sure Bungie has stated they think the FRG is unbalanced. But then, I haven't played around with the gun alot, but it looks alot better than the RL to me. Though, we wouldn't be having this conversation if the Brute shot acted like it actually used grenades, as opposed to stuffed bags of dirt. If not more damage, at least give it a larger blast radius and stronger explosion, so it rattles the teeth a bit more and can roll vehilces easier?
