In Response To: 50 things I wish Halo 2 Multiplayer had. (c0ld vengeance) Does anyone notice that there are a lot of these wish lists cropping up? Might that suggest that there are a *lot* of features that seem to be glaringly absent from the game? Almost like Halo 2 was just the "Now with XBox Live and a few features we should have had in Halo 1!" expantion-pack than a true sequal? At any rate, those I play with have freaquently wished for classes of some sort - as in Day of Defeat or Aliens Vs. Predator 2. Something to turn the game into less of a run-about-and-fire-madly and affect more of a tactical element. Or at they could at least fix some of the most annoying, worthless weapons. Like restore the shotgun and pistol to their original states (both, in my humble oppinion, are now next to unusable), finally make the Needler not blow (wouldn't a usable Needler be cool?), or make it impossible to fire the Sniper Rifle (or Rocket launcher) while running around and DEFINITELY while jumping. It would bring joy to my soul if they could add the jackal's shield (which I heard-tell was going to be in anyway, and I would have much rather have had than the sword, actually), and the might also add a true support weapon (I make heavy use of the MG-42 while playing DoD). | |
