In Response To: The Covenant behavior inconsistencies... (Xian) Ummmm gee, lemme think... hey, think that if maybe they nuke or biokill a world, they CANT USE IT?!?! The Covenant I would think plan to take and colonize the Halo, and use it as an orbital station. Or it is a holy place, and using those weapons is sacriledge.... BTW, who says they can communicate with us? Even if they can, who says they can break our encryption. (BTW, torture is and always has been a very poor method of information retrieval.)
