Ah, sorry I misunderstood.
Can you check in your Aleph One preferences that the Film Profile (in Environment) is set to Marathon Infinity? The original games (as well as pre-1.0 Aleph One) didn't record which version was used to create the films--so Aleph One needs a hint on how to play them back.
