Pistol fix

In Response To: Re: Changes to the game may invalidate tips (John Denton) : I'm pretty sure they wouldn't change this, for the same reason they won't add : new weapons to single player (though there are also logistical reasons for : not doing that). They want the SP experience to be the same, with the : exception of bug fixes. The hunter's weakness is not a bug, it was very : deliberately added to the game. : I don't even think this weakness needs to be removed. What needs to be : "fixed" (and will probably not be an issue in Halo 2) is the : pistol. They made it far too effective. Try playing multiplayer with no : shields and 400% health. A pistol shot to the head will still kill : instantly, while a direct rocket hit will not. I hope you mean the M6D Pistol is too effective in multiplayer only, because if you made any less effective in Campaign, you might as well swap it the first chance you get because it would be useless. I think it's been perfected already and if you suck at Halo Multiplayer, that's your problem.
