But after a week of being secluded to my apartment with the flu, with scarcely the lung capacity to blow my nose? Go for it. Cut the lungs out and replace them with their superior mechanical counterparts! Replace the windpipe and nasal passages with rubber tubing if you have to.
Also, may have gotten around to playing Portal 2 for the first time... : Use electricity to power metabolism . Now that is just darn fascinating.
