Ah, always awkward when the exact same source provides a contradiction. In the end, in that situation you basically just have to go with personal preference or what you believe in. Personally I believe it is the T&R and was damaged to some degree prior to the Flood arriving. I don't think the PoA could really have caused so much damage to multiple CCS Battle-cruisers on its own and while the battle with the Flood could be entirely responsible for all the damage, it just doesn't sit right with me.

Can't say you're wrong in that belief, I just don't particularly share it. It seemed important to mention the name of the T&R in the actual level, saying as it explained the naming of the level and it sounded good.
All we really have is an impasse.
