Stupid?
A good shotgun that acts and behaves like a REAL LIFE SHOTGUN turning into a piss poor shit gun that only holds like, 6 bullets due to it having to be used in multiplayer and needing to be balanced is not a stupid reason to ask for consistency over.

When they brought back the AR for Halo 3, it was changed to 30 bullets and less ammo held due to multiplayer.
It would be crazy to have a gun that can hold over 600 rounds in a 16 player match.
