In Response To: Re: Damn, Sept. (Brodingo) I think you're all misinterpreting the entire reason I posted this. I do not want the upcoming Halo projects to be bad. (hence, the hope that I'm "proven wrong") This thread was posted to express my worry that the new titles would be anything less than perfection, because really, anything less doesn't seem worth my loyalty (or my money) no matter how much I love Halo/Bungie. I wouldn't make such a topic for any other game/developer, because Bungie is the only studio I expect greatness from. Call it hype, call it perfectionism, but those little things get to me. Oh, and to give that deceased horse one more thwack, in the novel the Flood, Yayap the Grunt says something along the lines of, "Let's get his ass back onto the ship," after Zuka 'Zamamee is incapacitated. Unless there are donkeys on the Covenant homeworld that also happen to be derogatory insult, I don't know. And don't use "they heard it from humans"--they can't bare to use anything even touched by humans, much less our language (which I realize had to be overlooked in Halo 2 for gameplay reasons).
