vector40 wins. Fatality. If I had to blame one thing, and I think we all know this anyway, it would be Bungie gaining popularity and its fan base growing. I'm sure the guys who hopped on the BungieBoat with PiD didn't like how things changed when Marathon was released, and the same thing from Marathon to Halo, and the same thing from Halo to Halo 2. One thing all these transitions have in common is that Bungie has gotten more and more popular, which means more people join the community, which means the intelligent/productive types become increasingly outnumbered by the "unwashed masses." The golden days sucked, anyway. | |
