In Response To: Heh. (Louis Wu) However, sometimes it's a good thing when your pants don't fit. Sometimes you go to your closet, and you pick out a pair of pants and try to put 'em on but you can't get 'em past your thigh because you legs are so horribly swollen from all the deep-fried foods, and refined sugars and flours, and the McDonalds and you say "Hey man, this bites, my pants don't fit!" But then sometimes you realize "You know, my pants don't fit because I'm dangerously obese! I need to do something." So you turn that complaint into a plan, and you go to Subway Restaurants everyday for a year and you lose a couple hundred pounds. Then you go home, you go to your closet, you get your pants, and you put those damn things on because you turned a negative into a positive, and with the help of Subway Restaurants you've become a new man. What I'm saying is, maybe sometimes it's a good thing to have a "State of the Community" complaint. Maybe sometimes it helps clean out some of that riff-raff. Maybe sometimes it opens up the eyes of the community to the fact that they’ve been reading that damn cereal box upside down and instead of placing idiocy, and ignorance, and ineptness, and trolliness at the tip of the pyramid to be used sparingly, they've made it the base, taking 9, 10, 11 servings a day. I say we turn that pyramid back the way it should be, maybe even introduce two or three more pyramids depending on our lifestyles and various goals as a community. I say we go out there and we start a new diet, the low-stupidity diet. I say that by cutting down on our consumption of net retardedness, we can watch those extra dim-witted, brainless pounds just fall right off. No tricky dance moves or high impact gyrations, just a steady diet of engaging, intelligent discussion. Whatd'ya say?
