In Response To: Cortana controlling GS power on Halo? (Sparkypinball) Nice first post! This was another event that was irking me (but somehow was drowned in a sea of mindless-thought-drivel). Yes, there was a flash of light, and the monitor did "fall". Question is, did Cortana use "force to push the monitor to the ground" or did she "cutoff his power supply, and he fell"? I'm not sure either way, so I'll check next chance I get. : Remember after Chief inserts the index, the nice lights pop up, and the : Monitor Says, "Odd, that wasnt supposed to happen", Cortana pops : up, "Oh Really!" and 343 hits the floor. Unless I am mistaken, I : believe that there is no blue light on when he falls from the air and : bounces on the floor. : Now: Did he fall from shock? Kinda like our jaw dropping, but since GS has no : jaw, would "he" hitting the floor be like our jaw hitting the : floor? : Or: Does Cortana have the ability to control power on Halo after her : encounter in the Control Room? Could she have cut off his power supply, : causing him to hit the deck? : Shortly afterwards he comes right back up, so I think he might have internal : power that stared him back up, or an external AI that shot him some juice, : to revive him. More AI on Halo than GS... one demented AI is bad enough, : another weird one in my head is too many... How many more could there be! : ? : I really doubt that there is MORE AI on Halo, so I think that perhaps he has : internal power. : So, whats this say about the things that Cortana knows, and hasnt revealed? : Take what I think, and run with it, I hope this helps : BTW, this is my first post, long time reader, first time poster! (I hate it : when people say that on the radio....)
