Correct, except the part about switching to live implants, which is unclear. The Marathon Marine is a model of *cyborg*, but the only relevant history terminal (aside from the vague ones) deals with *battleroids*.

Also correct... However nothing we've seen indicates that they use Jjaro technology, although it seems very likely. If so, then it's not really possible to place one race above the other as most of their strength comes from the stolen technology.
