Yah powered armour is good and could extend "super soldier abilities to non cyborgs. In its purest form cyborg means any humans machine hybrid, including gramps and his fake heart. However the accepted definition seems to be "super soldier". I think that most of the people in halo will fit the first definition having chips and ports for direct interface with equipment etc, however there will be few "super soldiers" too. Desio
