In Response To: Re: Unreliable... poor argument (Desio) The whole game would make more sense if the marines were cyborgs! Look at it this way: In most modern games, we have the average guy clad in armor taking WAY more damage than he should be able to. If he were a cyborg, it might make sense, but alas, this isn't usually so... ...except in the case of Marathon. In Marathon, you're a cyborg who survives apparently though a combination of armor/sheild energy, which makes for Marathon's elegant recharge/health system. Bungie likes their games to make sense. And it seems the game wouldn't be as much fun if you had the vitality of an average human in even thick full body armor, especially against the weapons Halo seems to have. (: Jägermeister :)
