If Bungie : ever wanted to explain the origins of the Flood like this, it would take a : pile of explaining and the majority of people who have no clue as to what : Marathon even is would be left scratching their heads. :P : -Jag Well... Bungie has repeatedly said two things that kinda stick out to me right now: 1. Marathon and Halo Universes are not the same 2. Anything Ingame will not come from out of game sources. So what this means is that as long as the orgin of the Flood is not revealed in Halo 3, then this theory has no way of being debunked. Thats all I can say. This theory though, prooves to be one of my most favorite thusfar.
