: Forrest, if you ever write a book, I’m buying it.
At one point I was writing a book on philosophy, though I've kind of put that on hold for a while, and I'm not sure I'll ever pick it back up again.
I've also got a whole lot of interconnected fiction stories on my to-be-written list.
Both of these works (which I call "The Codex" and "The Chronicles", respectively) exist in various stages of outlining and partially-complete attempts at fleshing out various parts of them, but I usually have to stop writing for some reason and by the time I come back to it, I've rethought things so much that I basically have to start over.
But someday I'd really like to publish them both. Or "them all", as the Chronicles are really a whole bunch of smaller stories all set in the same fictional universe (81 to be precise, though some of these are just rough sketches of "flesh out the details of this bit of history here"), which mostly stand on their own but through which runs a much larger story; and the Codex has been growing and diverging into different subsections, and if I really wanted to write about it I'd probably have to say more than just presenting my own system from scratch; "real" philosophers would expect me to compare and contrast it to historical and contemporary philosophical theories. That could easily make each subsection large enough for it's own book, seeing how it's presently covers Linguistics, Mathematics, Axiology, Metaphysics, Metaethics, Religion, Politics, Epistemology, Deontology, Ontology, Teleology, Psychology, Sociology, Aesthetics and Poetics. That's a lot of shit to cover. It could be many, many books. I doubt I'll ever actually get around to writing any of them.
But it's nice to know someone would buy them if I did :-)

	Message: : At one point I was writing a book on philosophy, though I've kind of put that : on hold for a while, and I'm not sure I'll ever pick it back up again. : I've also got a whole lot of interconnected fiction stories on my : to-be-written list. : Both of these works (which I call "The Codex" and "The : Chronicles", respectively) exist in various stages of outlining and : partially-complete attempts at fleshing out various parts of them, but I : usually have to stop writing for some reason and by the time I come back : to it, I've rethought things so much that I basically have to start over. : But someday I'd really like to publish them both. Or "them all", as : the Chronicles are really a whole bunch of smaller stories all set in the : same fictional universe (81 to be precise, though some of these are just : rough sketches of "flesh out the details of this bit of history : here"), which mostly stand on their own but through which runs a much : larger story; and the Codex has been growing and diverging into different : subsections, and if I really wanted to write about it I'd probably have to : say more than just presenting my own system from scratch; "real" : philosophers would expect me to compare and contrast it to historical and : contemporary philosophical theories. That could easily make each : subsection large enough for it's own book, seeing how it's presently : covers Linguistics, Mathematics, Axiology, Metaphysics, Metaethics, : Religion, Politics, Epistemology, Deontology, Ontology, Teleology, : Psychology, Sociology, Aesthetics and Poetics. That's a lot of shit to : cover. It could be many, many books. I doubt I'll ever actually get around : to writing any of them. : But it's nice to know someone would buy them if I did :-)
