In Response To: hard drive vs. memory card (Narcogen) : It doesn't strike me that any of these uses require a hard drive. A single : 8MB memory card in each controller would suffice-- and would be cheaper. : Besides, it would be portable to other Xboxes. Project Gotham Racing most certainly needs an HD. As was already mentioned, you can save "ghosts" of previous laps. One whole competition type depends on this. (in effect, you race against your own best lap time) You can also save entire replays of the whole race. Some of the races can be over three minutes. If all this could be pulled off with a memory card, I'd love to know how. -Spu
