Like my other response, it won't. Oh yes, it will initially revitalize it, but as garbage like what pete describes keeps happening (assuming that it's possible for this to happen, like maybe there isn't a limit on the number of throws that can go down in a certain time period or whatever due to poor planning/testing/whatever), it'll quickly die. Fun initially because new and shiny, then reality will set in that it's total nonsense, unbalanced, and unfair if it actually works this way. 343 Industries can take risks all they want, but right now said risks look pretty stupid (in my opinion). Admittedly though, it seems like a good idea for Grifball.
