I would. It's probably a huge leap for them in terms of properly scaled environments. With the bigger game mile limit over what the Xbox 1 was capable of, means they are less restrained to creating expansive environments and vistas with potentially fewer, if any, loading points, in a vast area they weren't able to exploit before now. They seem to essentially be saying 'we could render only one room in a house before, but watch out, we can have levels the size of ballfields now!'
