In Response To: My semi-annual novel...replayability and teh Dukez (Ducain) The reason I and many others don’t play Halo 2 campaign mode is because it simply isn’t fun, this is especially true when compared to Halo. Halo doesn’t have online co-op yet I still play it from time to time. The reason is because the level design in Halo is much better, people were complaining about repetitive levels in Halo but I’d rather replay any 1 of them over every level in Halo 2.
The ironic thing is the E3 demo level of Halo 2 looked more like something from Halo than anything in the final game. Does any one know why it was dropped ??? For me Halo is far superior to Halo 2, although I agree with you all when you say the multiplayer in Halo 2 is better. I just hope Bungie manage to recapture the "feel" of Halo's campaign mode if/when Halo 3 comes around.
