In Response To: My semi-annual novel...replayability and teh Dukez (Ducain) I still replay the campaign every now and then. (And still can't get past Pelican Bay 2 in Legendary. *sigh*) Indeed, I think I've now tied the number of times I've played the Halo campaign (on PC and Xbox) in playthroughs. I still enjoy just wandering the maps sometimes. Exploring the rooftops in the Outskirts, meandering around the outer surface of the Cairo, browsing through the temples on Delta Halo (what? no souvenier shop? pfeh), watching Sentinels do their thing... even poking around the multiplayer maps sometimes. Ivory Tower's fun, and Containment is strangely relaxing when "walking" around it solo. Would I like a co-op mode over Live? Heck, yes. However that doesn't impede my enjoyment of the campaign mode. : Now, go get a cup of coffee (or other soothing substance) and thank the Lords
Excellent idea. -- Steve's badly in need of coffee himself; yesterday was far too long, and today was far too early. |
