You've got me so far

I'm guessing you meant "heroes", and thanks for translating the word, I actually thought about asking what it meant (or did I do that? too lazy to reread my own post). If I didn't, you damn mind reader you...

Anyhoo, back to the point: the facility was specifically called Chiron in First Strike. Using the given information, the only conclusion that I can reach is that Chiron is the actual name of the base. The TL34 designation actually backs up my previous speculation of a multipurpose training facility with several levels. TL34 could simply be a level of the Chiron facility, perhaps meaning "Training Level 34". Maybe even a part that Li never saw. But I'm still convinced it's part of the Chiron facility at Mars.
