Yes, I was aware from the start that I was taking things a little too fast, and I was aware of many of the thing you said. I do want to wait for feedback from other more experienced people, and I'm aware that this won't suddenly happen, it'll take alot of communication and work. About leadership, I don't think I'm fit for that role, I don't have much experience with this sort of thing, all I've done is order Dylan, my Empires of Earth partner/lackey/slave around.

I agree, let's slow down people. This project is not official yet, and it's possible that it will never be. I imagine that in about four days we'll be able to tell if this is going to happen or not. Thanks for pointing this out, Yossarian.
