| I really liked the Halo 2 ghost | |

In Response To: Re: Uh, what's with the vehicles? (telemachus) : If you remember in Halo 2 the Ghost had a one shot kill if you managed to the : "plasma tank" on the left side (iirc) of the vehicle. They : removed it in Halo 3 much to me chagrin. That what looked like happened to : me. I loved that system. The headshot is so incredibly hard to make while someone is in a ghost than in Halo 3 it's not uncommon for some random to hop in a ghost and go on a splattering spree for 5-10 minutes by merely using the 'wander-boost-turn around-boost' method because the Ghost was damned near invincible since nobody could kill the dude without grenades or the laser. In Halo 2 this wasn't an issue. The plasma tank was a much easier target than the headshot, but you were still limited to pretty much just the sniper if you wanted to TKO the Ghost in one hit, so skill was definitely needed.
