Nothing you will ever see on Bungie.net will ever be pre-rendered, unless it comes from somewhere else, like Digital Domain. Though the cutscenes do have some things turned on, like depth of field focusing, but that can't even be seen in this image. I actually think the recent multiplayer screenshots look better than this. It just seems not very real to me.
