In Response To: Re: Halo Wars Q and A interview (Spenser) I think we are past the point of packaging 'canon' into a nice little package. We aren't just talking the Cortana letters these days. The day may be is coming soon that non-Bungie Halo material will eclipse official Bungie Halo material. The genie is out and you are going to see him everywhere. All you can do now is say "I prefer Bungie's Halo." But I don't think you will ever be able to define what non-Bungie Halo content (movies, games, graphic novels...) will fit into official Bungie canon ever again.
