In Response To: Analysis of the Warthog *long with images* (Speedy) I've always thought of the Hog's drive system to be IC engine with driveshafts to each of the wheels because it's totally plausible, even by today's standards. I work at a custom 4x4 manufacturing plant and it really wouldn't take all that much to design that same system, outside of a LOT of money. Thankfully, Daimler-Chrysler HAS that money and apparently a few people that play Halo! Take a look.....life imitates art(or Halo): http://www.jeep.com/autoshow/hurricane/gallery.html TWO Hemi engines, all wheels have an independent steering/independent drive system, full independent suspension(of course). Look at the knuckles just inboard of the wheels....driveshafts all the way. Lookie here: http://www.seriouswheels.com/2005/2005-Jeep-Hurricane-Concept-T-Box-1920x1440.htm
