In Response To: Two more things (Aardvark36) : In the bungie.net article on Havok physics, they mention that the Hog : actually has three gears. When I saw that article, all I could think about was "I can't hear any shifting no matter how hard I try." It also doesn't behave like it's shifting at all, so I'm wondering it the Bungie guys didn't quite nail it, or if Charlie is thinking of an idea that got scrapped. However, adding in multiple gears doesn't change the basic idea of the electric motors, and would actually allow for better acceleration than 0-50 in 10 seconds =)
