Damn it, why are you talking about MINIGUNS? They are pieces of shit for anything but being mounted in choppers or the Warthog. They are nothing in comparison to the Squad Operated Automatics that are standard to Marine Expeditionary units. The only fascination people have with them is that the barrels rotate around in a circle and fire. Oh, big thing, that. If style actually mattered on the battlefield, the glock wouldn't be an ugly piece of shit and the Barret wouldn't look like a praying mantis. Anyway, the point is, if HALO does have a Minigun, it better be similar to arapid fire gun which is used for mass area suppression. The BoBs shouldn't have them. I don't really want a minigun anyway. And if they do make it like in Quake where the minigun ways NOTHING, then it would really suck. It needs to way tons like the PARA in CS. Seriously, I don't know why u guys are obsessed with the minigun. It is a piece of shit. It recoils like mad, which is why the handles are on the top (then you can press down against it) and it is inaccurate and can break and jam easily: the chambers just have to stop moving. Also, it needs another power source to rotate the barrel. Unless you are well backed up, it is pointless.
